Second Week Blog

In fact, after two weeks of work, I'm a little tired of this job. It's quite different with what I imagined. I think people working on TV should be busy, but I've experienced something different. Teachers say it's the same when they first come. There's not much to do. But it puts me in a high-pressure state every day. On the one hand, I don't think I have learned enough, on the other hand, I think I have many shortcomings. The teachers here are not as patient as those in UClan and will not accept our opinions modestly. Maybe this is a social atmosphere in China, but I think it is wrong. When we express different opinions, leaders sometimes think that we don't know enough and are reluctant to listen. So I feel a little helpless.

But I have to say that I learned about different working modes here. Every meeting I learn a lot of theoretical knowledge that I haven't learned before. And apply this theoretical knowledge to the next program production. In these two episodes, I saw the progress of the program, although very small, but the accumulation of more than a few. Now I have an understanding of the process of programming, this will definitely help future study and work. I will be confident and organized when I will be making TV shows in the next semester.

And this week I came into contact with something new, looking for music that fits the show, knowing that the show can be tune later and sending something in Weibo. In order to find the background music suitable for the program, you must know the content and rhythm of the program. I feel that I have done a good job on this point because I have seen a lot of "Zero Distance" programs in advance, so I know that most of it needs music that can set off the tension. The work of Weibo is very simple, but it takes a lot of time to read the current events of the day and pick out the content that suits us. This is an interesting job and let me know more news.

I hope that next week I can get to know more different things and learn more.
